Mentorship

I went on line to see if I could find a nice, short definition of Mentorship. WOW!!! There were pages upon pages about Mentorship and how important it is for personal growth in business. The most succinct definition I found was from Wikipedia, “Mentorship is the influence, guidance, or direction given by a mentor. A mentor is someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person.” (Wikipedia, 2023) Mentors can teach us something.
